The Story
This painting was created on a day I’ll never forget. It was one of those rare days where everything feels heavy and beautiful at the same time. I had been feeling frustrated and unseen in my corporate job, putting my heart into something that no one seemed to notice. I remember spending hours working on a design that never got used, and no one even told me. It left me feeling small for a moment — but then I went to my studio.
That day, people started walking in, looking at my work, asking questions, telling me how much they loved what I do. I wasn’t expecting it at all. It felt like the universe quietly reminding me that I’m exactly where I need to be. I cried a little in the studio that day — out of relief, pride, and happiness.
“A Perfect Day” carries all of that. The contrast between struggle and gratitude, doubt and peace, pain and purpose. It’s about finding clarity in moments you didn’t plan, and realizing that maybe things falling apart is just another way for them to fall into place.
