Overview
Each artwork and print from malumias is created and handled with great care. Because every piece is either handmade, signed, or produced individually on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will always make it right.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Original artworks
- Premium hand-signed prints
- Fine art prints produced via Print-on-Demand (Prodigi)
Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your artwork or print arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and any visible damage.
- Take detailed photos of the artwork or print itself.
- Email the images and your order number to malumias.info@gmail.com.
Once the damage is verified, we will arrange one of the following solutions:
- For prints (Prodigi or Premium): A replacement will be produced and shipped at no extra cost. In most cases, the damaged print does not need to be returned.
- For original artworks: If the piece arrives damaged beyond repair, a full refund will be issued after verification. Since each original is unique, replacements are not possible.
Please do not attempt to repair or return any item before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility for resolution.
Lost Orders
If your artwork does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking the shipment and, if necessary, process a refund or replacement (depending on the item type).
Color and Display
All artworks and prints are photographed and described with care, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor or screen settings. These variations do not qualify as damage and are not grounds for a return.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and images are the intellectual property of Maja Lubonski (malumias). Purchasing a piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork or any image of it without explicit written permission.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication.
