1. Overview

All artworks and prints from malumias are shipped with great care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. We currently ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain, with both self-fulfilled and print-on-demand orders.


2. Fulfillment and Processing Times

Depending on the type of product, processing and shipping times vary:

  • Print-on-Demand (Prodigi): Produced and shipped by our trusted partner Prodigi. Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 business days and shipped directly from the nearest production facility to your location.
  • Premium Hand-Signed Prints: Printed locally and signed by hand by the artist before shipment. Usually dispatched within 5 business days.
  • Original Artworks: Shipped directly from the artist’s studio in Barcelona. Because of careful handling and protective packaging, please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch.

Please note that exact delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier performance.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and size. For international deliveries, the final rate will be shown before confirming your order.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after dispatch.


5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at malumias.info@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to assist and resolve the issue.

  • Prodigi prints: We will contact our print partner to arrange a replacement if confirmed lost or damaged.
  • Original artworks and premium prints: If the item is lost or damaged, we will work with the courier service to investigate and, where applicable, offer a refund or insurance claim.

7. Packaging

All original artworks and premium prints are packaged with professional care using sturdy, protective materials. Print-on-demand items are packaged securely by our fulfillment partner Prodigi. We strive to use eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible.


8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, reshipping costs may apply.
