1. Overview

Welcome to malumias, an online art store offering original artworks, hand-signed prints, and fine art prints produced through print-on-demand partners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchases from malumias. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

Each artwork and print is presented as accurately as possible, with detailed descriptions and images. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or device. As all pieces are made individually, slight variations or texture differences are part of the artistic process and not considered defects. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of errors, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, where required by law. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or Klarna. We do not store or have access to your full payment information. The full amount must be paid at the time of purchase before any artwork is shipped or produced.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide.

  • Print-on-demand (Prodigi): Usually fulfilled and shipped within 3–7 business days.
  • Premium hand-signed prints: Usually dispatched within 5 business days.
  • Original artworks: Shipped within 1–2 weeks due to careful packaging and preparation.

Exact delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider. Once an item leaves our studio or partner’s facility, delivery delays are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Any additional costs caused by incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

  • All sales are final.
  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded after verification.
  • For original artworks, refunds are issued only if the piece arrives damaged beyond repair.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, photographs, and texts on this site are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Maja Lubonski (malumias). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images or materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Purchasing an artwork does not grant a licence to reproduce or copy it.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in packaging and shipping artworks safely. However, malumias shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by postal or courier services,
  • Minor deviations in color, size, or texture,
  • Damage resulting from improper handling after delivery.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

9. Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you are also protected by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution first. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
